Shipping Policy
At Async, we provide the following shipping methods for your convenience:
1. Personal Courier or Cash on Delivery (COD)
Async will personally hand-deliver devices within Kuala Lumpur at no additional charge.
No deposit is required for deliveries within Kuala Lumpur.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the purchase, no charges will be applied.
For deliveries outside Kuala Lumpur, a non-refundable deposit of RM30 is required.
Payment Methods for COD:

Customers are kindly requested to ensure they have the exact payment amount available at the time of delivery.
COD Service Hours:
Available from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Available again from 10:30 PM to 2:30 AM (with 2:00 AM being the last call for any COD service requests)
Changes in Delivery Details: Should any changes to delivery details be necessary, such changes must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled delivery time for COD.
2. Third-Party Courier Services (Lalamove)
Shipments via Lalamove will be managed by an external courier service.
All associated shipping charges will be borne by the customer, based on the delivery location.
Customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment. In the event that a tracking link is not received, please contact us for further assistance.
Important Notice: If changes to the delivery details are required after the order has been processed, the current order must be canceled, and a new order should be placed.
3. International Courier Services (J&T or DHL)
For international shipments, we engage reputable courier services such as J&T or DHL.
All charges related to international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
An airway bill tracking number will be provided for international shipments. Should the tracking number not be received, please contact us immediately for support.
Estimated Delivery Time for International Shipments:
Peninsular Malaysia: 3 - 5 business days (Standard Delivery)
East Malaysia: 5 - 7 business days (Standard Delivery)
Device Reservation
A minimum deposit of RM100 is required to reserve a device for a period of 3 days.
If the reservation is not confirmed by the customer within the 3-day period, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
Upon purchase, the remaining balance of the deposit will be applied to the final payment amount.
Shipping Restrictions & Delays
Deliveries to rural or remote locations may experience delays or complications due to limited accessibility.
In the event of severe or sudden weather conditions, such as heavy rainfall, flooding, or storms, shipment processing may be delayed.
If delivery is not possible due to such conditions, the shipment will be canceled and can be rescheduled for a later date, subject to mutual agreement.
Estimated Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will always be provided to customers prior to shipment, allowing for proper planning. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
