3. Products & Pricing

• Async sells second-hand and refurbished phones, as well as phone accessories, including screen protectors, phone cases, power banks, and cables.

• All products are quote-to-order. Prices are determined based on the condition of the phone and are not pre-set.

• All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not permitted.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before dispatch.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, e-wallet, QR pay, bank transfer, credit/debit cards.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Async ships within Malaysia using the following methods:

1. Local delivery via Lalamove or hand delivery for nearby locations.

2. J&T Express (1-3 days delivery, next-day if possible).

3. No international shipping – Async does not ship outside Malaysia.

Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty & Exchange Policy

• Warranty Coverage: Async provides a 1-month standard warranty on second-hand and refurbished phones.

• Exchange Policy: A one-to-one exchange is available within 1 week, depending on the severity of the issue.

• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

• Accessories (screen protectors, phone cases) are final sale and do not come with a warranty. Cables and power banks may have a warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
Async is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased item.

Customers must ensure they provide accurate information when placing an order. Async is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved under Malaysian consumer laws.
